Hi! My name is Jackie Rath, owner of Soul Benefit Massage and Bodyworks, LLC. I finished massage school in Fargo, ND at the Salon Professional Academy in March 2023. I completed the program graduating top of my class with honors. My goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage and Reiki. I am continuously learning new modalities and ways to help each client individually for what they need. No two people are alike and require different approaches.

My passion is to help people heal from the inside out. I strongly believe that self-care is a MUST in today's world. Regular bodywork and energy work are a key factor to living up to your fullest potential. Massage, Sound Healing, Reiki, and a healing energy session can be very beneficial to everyone when applied in the correct manner by a caring, knowledgeable therapist. My results focused massage technique combines deep tissue, Swedish, Ashiatsu (barefoot massage),  Cupping massage, hot stone massage, and hot bamboo massage. I am trained in prenatal massage and facial cupping as well.

I am a Reiki Karuna Master Practitioner. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance within our whole system- Mind, body, and soul. You may come to a Reiki treatment looking for relief from some emotional or physical ailment, you may find that you will start to reap the benefits on many levels and in unexpected ways.

Being an energy healer, I incorporate several different modalities, (Healing Touch, Reiki, Intuition, and Body Talk) to get to the root of why it is causing an issue. I blend them as I am guided by my intuitive abilities.

I recently became a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. Sound healing is a deeply nourishing, spiritual experience that works with vibration and frequency to support harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Through intentional sound, the nervous system is invited to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open. 

Each session creates a space where you can slow down, release energetic blockages, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and wholeness.

During my off time I enjoy remodeling projects, yard work, planting flowers in the spring, going on walks, skiing in the winter, and spending time with my children. I love to keep busy and am always on the go. I look forward to assisting you on your path to wellness.
